As a hospitality professional with over 40 years international management experience in a vast variety of senior operational roles, and as a successful restaurateur, hotel manager and qualified Maître D', Ettore is highly qualified to comment on all hospitality operations from the kitchen design and fit-out through to the financial structures and the unique dynamics of food and beverage service delivery.
Holding recognised qualifications (Swiss Federal Hotel & Restaurant Certificate ) in Workplace Assessment and Training and (Certificate Service lecturer) Food Processing. can structure a specific hospitality package to meet your particular training requirements.
